Closest station is Barking (approx. 5 minute walk to location).
Parking: Paid parking is available at the nearby car park or on the side road.

By booking your appointment, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out as follows:
A New Client Consultation is MANDATORY for all new clients booking a Head Spa Service. If it is your first time booking a head spa appointment with us, please select this option as well as your choice of head spa service.
A consultation form will be issued to ALL clients prior to undergoing a Hair Spa or Head Spa service and must be completed before you arrive to your appointment.
Deposits are required to secure your booking and will go towards your final payment. In the event of a cancellation, deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment using the same deposit once and must provide 24hrs notice from your appointment time. Failure to provide 24hrs notice AND/OR rescheduling your appointment more than once will result in your initial deposit lost and another deposit will be required to secure your booking.
Late Fees: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, an additional charge of £10 will be added to your final payment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will incur an additional charge of £15 and your appointment may be cancelled.
Hair Condition: We service clients with a range of hair conditions and textures. If you have just removed your hair from any protective styling such as braids/cornrows, please ensure that your hair is fully combed out prior to your arrival for treatment OR select the add on option of 'Protective Style Comb Out' if you would prefer for our hair practitioner to do this for you. **Price is dependent on hair density and length**
Gift Vouchers: If you have a purchased gift voucher which has been paid in full, you will not be asked to secure your appointment with a deposit. However, late fees still apply. You may reschedule and cancel your appointment once providing that 24hrs notice has been given. Failure to provide 24hrs notice AND/OR rescheduling your appointment more than once will result in an additional fee of £25.
